Can a woman be as stronng a leader as a man in times of peace and war?

In my opinion women could definitely be as strong a leader as a man in times of peace and war.

During times of peace women are more likely to try to preserve it because they are more sensitive.  They make great leaders because they are more compassionate.

In times of war women can help their people as man can.  Women have also the ability to make canning plans to beat their enemy.  An example is Theodora, wife of Justinian, with her plan to get through a conflict.

We can see therefore, that men and women are equal and they can be as strong leaders as men.
